Elena successfully represented the interests of large Russian companies with claims in excess of 1 billion rubles, defended the interests of citizens on housing issues, and defended the interests of buyers in challenging supply contracts, including cases deemed hopeless by specialists. She also participated in the creation of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation.
Biography
Elena has a PhD in Law. She has been a lawyer since 2001 (in the register of lawyers No. 77/272) and has 20 years of general legal experience.
Elena has published a number of books on her specialization, including “Application of residential property ownership laws” and ” Housing rights. Protection in Court, FAQ”. She is a member of the Writers’ Union of Russia.
Actively engaged in legal journalism, the author of numerous articles on the legal regulation of property rights and their protection. Since 1997, she has also been a member of the editorial board of the journal “Domashny Advokat”. From 2004 to 2006, she was the author and presenter of the live television program “Zakon Dlya Vas”.
